Dr Hangqing Jin DDS
I have been a dentist in the United States for 17 years. Because of the nature of my work unit, I have done a lot of root canal treatments (2 to 3 patients per day on average).
Before becoming a dentist, I did a postdoctoral fellowship at the American College of Dentistry for 10 years, specializing in bone healing.
Based on the above background, I made some breakthrough improvements in root canal treatment. This improvement was fully mature 10 years ago, and I used it to make about 5000 cases.
You will have confidence to Do RCT on any teeth
in 15-30 Minutes
Easy and Fast
Due to the simplified steps, the operation is simpler and faster. 5 to 10 cases can be done in 8 hours a day. If there is no serious root canal calcification, it only takes 15 minutes for the anterior teeth and 20 to 30 minutes for the posterior teeth.
The Operation process is Safer
Since the motorized needle is used throughout the entire process, there is no need to manually expand the needle at all, the operation process is safer, the doctor is more relaxed, and the patient is more comfortable
Postoperative Pain and Discomfort are greatly reduced
Due to the thorough and long-term killing of bacteria around the apical foramen and tighter sealing of the apical foramen, the postoperative pain and discomfort of the patients are greatly reduced. The recurrence rate of nearly 5000 cases is almost 0. Dr Jin’s patient numbers are extremely large. Most of them are low-income government insurance, and general specialists will not accept them. They will come back if they relapse, so Dr Jin can follow them up.
A 64-year-old male with swelling and pain on the right side of the face came to see Dr Jin (Figure 1). X-rays showed: deep caries and pulpitis in the lower right first molar, requiring root canal treatment (Figure 2). Routine treatment should be given to patients for several days with antibiotics, and root canal treatment should be done after the swelling subsides. Root canal treatment itself requires multiple dressing changes before it is finally completed. Therefore, regardless of China or the United States, multiple visits are required. With the new method, Dr Jin completed the root canal treatment once on the same day (Figure 3), and returned to the clinic the next day, and the swelling and pain disappeared (Figure 4). The patient had a similar attack a few months ago, and he slowly improved after taking antibiotics for 7 to 8 days. This time it was fine in one day and he was very satisfied.
Always RCT and Crown Prep Same time
Because even in the case of tooth infection, the treatment can be completed at one time, so that the patient does not need to go back and forth many times, which is more convenient and more satisfying.
"...This was the best I have taken. The class was small, and Dr. Jin encouraged group involvement, which was great, and helped to answer all of the difficult questions that nobody else seemed to be able to answer. He was willing to share so many tricks and techniques that he has learned through the years--things that you can’t read in a book or a journal. The live patients training of the course was extremely helpful, as it was set up perfectly to allow us to get the real feelings of Dr Jin’s techniques.. Dr. Jin has also been extremely willing to help me out with tricky cases that have come up in practice since attending the course. He wants us all to be successful in endo, and that definitely shows!...”
